Tammie graduated Cum Laude from Christian Brothers University and earned her MBA in Project Management from Louisiana State University, sharpening her ability to execute complex initiatives with discipline and strategic focus. As a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Professional, she applies analytical rigor, process optimization, and operational excellence to every project.

Before launching her construction company, Tammie built an accomplished 20-year career in corporate finance, serving in senior leadership roles including Regional Sales Director, Vice President of Business Controls & Risk Management, and Director of Strategic Partners for a leading global financial institution. In parallel, she cultivated more than 18 years of real estate experience.
